A bit about me...
After studying Psychology at York University, I knew I needed to do something more hands on and began massage training in 2000. After travelling in New Zealand and Australia, I moved back home to the Lake District in 2005. I was lucky enough to join Queen Street Consulting Rooms in Ulverston and began my career as a massage therapist. I continued my training, qualifying as Reiki Master with Ingrid Belder and also as a reflexology practitioner
More recently I have studied Health Kinesiology with Minna Oldfield in Cheshire. This is a therapy which I am fascinated by as it allows our bodies to un-lock their own amazing healing abilities! Since qualifying in August 2015, I have completed two advanced HK courses, qualified as a nutritional adviser and continue to develop my skills as a practitioner. I'm currently training with Ann Parker -'Accessing the Power of the Extraordinary Channels.'
Within a session the main body of the work tends to be energy corrections though my other therapies may also be called for. This makes our sessions holistic and completely individual
